Sweet Breakfast for Endurance Workout

I tested these combinations during months of training, changing products. They simply works. I tested twice. Years ago and recently.

Anybody with body characteristics similar to me could reach the same goals or could adapt to related body:

1) losing weight, 2) flatting belly, 3) toning body (better skin included), 4) energy and weight management without stressing with kcal counting or ingredients balance everyday and every meal.
